When the idea for Arrow was born, the intention was clear. To fill a need for modern creative space that nurtures the art of modern beauty, what hairdressers crave paired with what clients need in a welcoming space within a luxurious and storied environment.

FAQ
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
All appointments are reserved just for you. When booking, we collect a credit card to hold in our secure system to assure clients adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask out of respect for our stylists that clients give 24 hours notice in case of a cancellation or reschedule. Any appointment changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No-calls & no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
RUNNING LATE
We do our best to notify clients if the schedule is not going according to plan. If you find you are running more than 10 mins late we ask that you please call to notify us. We will do our best to accommodate your services but we cannot guarantee there will be sufficient time and may need to reschedule.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
Services are non-refundable but happiness is important to us and we guarantee our services. If you are unhappy with your service or need changes made please don't hesitate to contact us! We are here to help.
GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES
Arrow Beauty gift cards expire after 6 months and can be used for commission stylists’ services and products within the salon. Ask us for more details.
HAIR PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We want you to love the items you purchase from our boutique and salon. Arrow Beauty gladly accepts returns and exchanges for unused products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If your product is defective or damaged please bring it back in and we will gladly exchange it for you.
GRATUITY
Our front desk staff will ask if you would like to add a tip to your payment during check-out. Tips are not expected but are always appreciated.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
To avoid no-shows, we will call to confirm if a client does not respond to a text confirmation.
