Outside the salon, Ashley enjoys spending time grabbing drinks on patios, hanging out with her beloved fur babies, and binge-watching trash TV. Our gorgeous Connie is one of our most experienced stylists at Arrow with over 20 years in the beauty industry, and also one of our favorite humans.
Connie started her career in NYC and worked there for 13 years before coming home to Colorado. Her favorites are blondes, balayage, and that perfect “lived-in color”. Connie is also a Master Cutter, a Curly Hair Specialist, and is a Travelling Educator in color techniques.

Deanna began her career in Milwaukee, WI in 2007 as a young stylist with the passion and ambition to build and establish her own brand as a creator.
After completing her education program, she began gaining experience as a colorist and bridal stylist while perfecting her razor and scissor cutting skills. She continued to focus on education while remembering the importance of learning from others and collaborating with talented artists across the country.
Over the years she was able to become a certified brand educator through Schwarzkopf Professional in Los Angeles, completed programs at Bumble and Bumble in New York, worked among stylists and educators at Arrojo Studio in New York, and traveled throughout the Midwest as a bridal hair specialist.
She has never stopped finding ways to keep her interest and excitement for the industry alive by chasing after her dreams and working hard.
Outside of the salon she is extremely active and loves to volunteer in her spare time working with animals. She also hold a degree in holistic nutrition and loves to cook healthy foods and experiment in the kitchen.

Erika is equal parts perfectionist and Hair Nerd, which makes her a star at Arrow. She dreams about hair, ever since she did her first haircut on a cat before the age of 5, (yes, really!) and turned those beautiful dreams into reality.
Since graduating from the Aveda Institute, she has been involved in multiple fashion week shows, including London Fashion Week!

Jack Abernethy, originally from Dallas, Texas, began his career during the grunge era of the late 1900’s at the renowned Toni & Guy salons. He quickly worked his way to their Art Team becoming an instructor and mentor to up-an-coming stylists.
Then, a strategic move to Los Angeles positioned him to work with celebrity hairdresser Chris McMillan and cultivate a lengthy celebrity list of his own.
Throughout a career-lifetime of working in film, television, and the music industry, Jack’s artistic approach has always been to create and maintain a look of natural, beautiful, healthy hair. His core belief is less is more. He’s known for his precision and a subtle, modern edge to the classic cuts.
